Our shipping policy

We offer 100% free shipping on all orders*. Shipping usually takes only 7-20 days and arrives in discreet brown or white packaging with no logos, marketing or obvious packaging. The statement on your card will also be discreet, with the billing reference SP HMAX STORE* for maximum purchase privacy. Learn more.

How long will my items take to ship?

To the United States:

  • Our Standard Free Shipping option usually takes 7-20 days to arrive at your doorstep and costs $0.00.
    If inventory is low in our warehouse or we are out of stock, please allow up to 40 days.

To the Rest of the World*:

How can I track my item?

We supply every customer with their tracking code within 1-4 business days of ordering. This will be delivered to your email inbox, so please ensure you supply us with a valid email address.

Once you receive your tracking code, you can track your item(s) on our shipping partners Parcels website. You can also install the Parcels app on Android or iOS. 

If you have not yet received your tracking code for your order, please check your Junk and Spam folders. If you still can't find your orders tracking code, please get in touch with our friendly team and we will be more than happy to supply you with your tracking number. 

What postal delivery service do you use?

Our items are delivered by either USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. If none of these companies deliver to your country or address, we will work with your local shipping company. We have delivered thousands of products to almost every city on Earth and have most probably made successful deliveries near you before.

I'm having trouble making a payment. What do I do?

A small percentage of our customers have issues with their credit cards on our store. It is usually due to a mismatch in your personal information, like your name, postal address or post code. Make sure you use your real information on Honey.

However, it can also sometimes be due to cross-border restrictions imposed by banks. Since our business is based in New Zealand, some banks will automatically block your payment to "protect" you. Here are some solutions that may help fix the issue:

Try using a different credit card.
Most banks do not impose these cross-border payment restrictions, so try using another card, especially if you have a card that is issued by a different bank.

Try paying with PayPal.
You do not need an account to pay with PayPal. PayPal is known for being more relaxed when it comes to cross-border payments. Try clicking on the "Pay with PayPal" option during checkout. You do not need an account to pay with PayPal.

Try contacting your bank.
If you are trying to make a purchase but your card won't let you, try contacting your bank by email, phone or chat support. They can help you remove any blocks or issues that may be stopping your payment.

Where can't you ship to?

Right now, Honey cannot deliver to the following countries or regions:

We cannot ship to these countries or regions for a variety of reasons. Either because shipping to these countries is prohibitively expensive, or because they do not allow homosexual activity or the sale of sex toys. We are working hard to expand our products and services to more countries. Please contact us if you believe we have made a mistake.

If I order more than one item, will everything arrive at the same time?

In the past, we have delivered multiple items all in one package to our customers. After a lot of feedback, we heard loud and clear from our customers that they want their deliveries to be as discreet and as small as possible. So we have instead opted to send each item individually in 100% plain packaging for the most discreet shipping experience on the market. Items will arrive separately over the course of a few weeks, and will often be labeled as “phone case”, or something that sounds convincing for the packages size. We have heard great feedback from our customers about our small discreet packaging system and can guarantee no one will know what your package is except you.

I don’t want [friend, family, partner] to know I ordered this, will it come in a discreet package?

Yes, it will come in 100% discreet, unlabelled packaging with no marketing or logos anywhere. We will often mark our deliveries as a “phone case”, “headphones” or other similar sized products for your maximum privacy. We guarantee no one will know what your package is except you.

Do I have to sign for my order?

No, you do not have to sign for your order. If you are out at work or not at home, we instruct our delivery men to leave the unlabelled package on your doorstep. Because of it’s discreet packaging, it is impossible to know what is inside the bag. Let us know after your purchase if you wish to have specific delivery instructions!

Can I get my money back if my item doesn’t arrive?

Yes, we will provide a full refund if your item doesn’t arrive within 8 weeks. If we can, we will try to fix the issue before supplying a refund, because we always want our customers to be happy.

What if I don’t like my purchase - can I get my money back?

If you don’t like your item once it arrives, you get can your money back with our easy 30-day returns and refunds policy. You will however need to pay for shipping to Australia, our main store. Once we receive the item and check to make sure it does not have any damage or use, we can then supply a refund free of charge.

How do you get your prices so low?

We buy in bulk direct from manufacturers and pass those savings on to you. We also add the price of shipping onto each item to ensure free shipping on all orders. Both of these combine to make us one of the absolute cheapest destinations for adult male toys, clothing and accessories anywhere.

I want to pay in cash. How can I do this?

Unfortunately we cannot accept cash payment, as our business is located and operated from Australia. If you are in Australia and wish to pay in cash, please get in touch with our friendly team and we can make this work for you. If you’re located overseas, our only accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.

I don’t have a credit/debit card or PayPal account. How can I purchase from you?

As mentioned before, the only methods we accept on our online store is Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. If you wish to pay in another means, please get in touch with our friendly team and we can see what we can do for you.

Do you have any physical stores that I can see the product before I buy?

We do not have a physical store, apart from our shipping-only warehouses located in Canada, USA, Australia and China.

International currencies & payment

Honey is thrilled to provide 15+ currencies for our customers to choose from. We also provide our customers with several language options, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German. We are constantly striving to support more currencies and languages on our store!

If you are not in the United States, rest assured that we will always take out the converted amount from your bank account using the latest exchange rates to avoid expensive bank fees and charges.

On our store, we offer our customers a choice of United States dollars, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, Great Britain pound sterling, Euros, Mexican pesos, South Korean won, Norwegian krone, Swedish krona, Peru sol, Japanese yen, Swiss francs, New Zealand dollars, Russian rubles and Chilean pesos. We provide these currency options to give our international customers a better idea of how much our products and services will cost them in their respective countries.

While we have worked hard to provide a vast array of currencies for our customers, it's important to note that Honey can actually process payments in every currency (even ones not mentioned above). Therefore, if you don't see your currency on the list, we recommend using a currency converter like XE to estimate the price of our products. Otherwise, please contact us and we will endeavour to add your currency to our list of supported currencies.
